Self-Defense Classes 
Instructor: Jamie Thornton White
Description:
Self-Defense teaches practical and powerful defense techniques that can save your life. These techniques will be demonstrated by black belt self-defense instructors and will be practiced both one-on-one and in group exercises. Whatever your age, fitness level, or size, the techniques learned will make you feel empowered, capable of defending and freeing yourself, and more aware of your surroundings and the many possible—and often unseen—dangers in your environment.

Cardio Kickboxing incorporates martial arts, boxing, and kickboxing movement into a high-energy, fun format, which is set to music. Designed with the utmost attention to safety and effectiveness, participants will burn calories, utilize multiple muscle groups, increase cardiorespiratory fitness and endurance, and develop balance and coordination. All classes include strengthening sets form the abs, arms, and lower body. Developed for both beginner and advanced students, this class is ideal for all skill and fitness levels.
