FITBALL
FitBall is a class that uses balance balls to perform exercises based on Pilates movement and yoga. It is designed to increase the participant's core strength and stability, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and coordination. Focusing on increasing strength in the abs, back, buttocks, chest, arms, and legs, this class offers a calm, yet effective, workout for the mind, body, and spirit.
