Cardio Kickboxing incorporates martial arts, boxing, and kickboxing movement into a high-energy, fun, group exercise format that is set to music.
Taught by Certified Martial Fitness Workout Kickboxing Instructor and Second Degree Black Belt Jamie Thornton White, AFAA-Certified Kickboxing Instructor Jennifer Walker, and AFAA-Certified Instructor Amanda Radi, this workout emphasizes safety, effectiveness, balance, coordination, proper technique and positioning, and proper execution to create a workout that safely burns calories, utilizes multiple muscle groups, increases cardiorespiratory fitness, and utilizes full range of motion. This workout is designed to accommodate all fitness and skill levels—from beginner to advanced—allowing students to work and progress at their own pace. This class is excellent for those looking for a serious cardio and toning workout without taking themselves too seriously.
