(1) Find a class on our schedule that is convenient for you, show up 10 minutes before class begins, and experience your $5 TRIAL CLASS. All of our classes are Beginner-Friendly and we have new students all the time, so don't worry about feeling inexperienced or out of shape! We love to make new friends! No need to make an appointment or call ahead, just show up when it is convenient for you!
(2) Fill out an enrollment form before class begins, which is found at the front desk. It’s ok, this form does not obligate you to ANYTHING. We have NO CONTRACTS, no long-term commitments at Lyndell.
(3) Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in (no fancy outfits required!). If you have a yoga mat, you can bring it for our mat classes. If you don't, we'll lend you one! If you are joining us for a Cardio class, please wear clean, supportive athletic shoes.
(4) Meet the Instructor and join us for class!
In fact, we make your fitness experience as convenient for you as possible. No need to sign up for a 4-8 week session in Yoga or Pilates. Why not? Because life happens. Say you get sick or take vacation or simply want a night off: then you've pre-paid for a class you didn't attend. With our PUNCH CARD system, you pay only for those classes you attend. Attend when you want, as often as you want, whatever class you want, and the numbered cards don't expire. Cross-train...mix it up...avoid exercise boredom!
